The Bears Beat (03.07.13): Report: Bears, Urlacher haven’t severed ties just yet

According to multiple reports, the Bears and free agent-to-be middle linebacker Brian Urlacher are continuing to talk about a new contract, meaning they have not decided to part ways yet. Also, re-signing backup quarterback Jason Campbell could prove difficult with limited salary cap space. And more analysis on whether the Bears should restructure Julius Peppers’ deal or outright cut the defensive end.
