Here’s a look at my NFL power rankings for Week 15 of the 2013 season.

  1. Denver Broncos (1)(11-2) — Took out the Titans to remain top dog.
  2. Seattle Seahawks (2)(11-2) — Still the NFL’s second best team despite close loss to Niners.
  3. New England Patriots (3)(10-3) — A third-straight comeback win, but loss of Gronk will be tough.
  4. New Orleans Saints (5)(10-3) — Pummeled the Panthers this week to remain top dog in division.
  5. Kansas City Chiefs (6)(10-3) — Destroyed a hapless Redskins squad.
  6. San Francisco 49ers (7)(9-4) — Edged the Seahawks at home in a big divisional battle.
  7. Carolina Panthers (4)(9-4) — Didn’t have enough firepower to keep up with the Saints.
  8. Philadelphia Eagles (8)(8-5) — Took down the Lions – with a little help from the Lions’ foolishness.
  9. Cincinnati Bengals (9)(9-4) — Took care of the spiraling Colts in convincing fashion.
  10. Arizona Cardinals (13)(8-5) — Rams were no match for this Cardinals bunch at home.
  11. Indianapolis Colts (11)(8-5) — Still sitting pretty at 8-5 despite big struggles in recent weeks.
  12. Detroit Lions (12)(7-6) — Continue to find ways to shoot themselves in the foot and lose games.
  13. Chicago Bears (17)(7-6) — Offense was nearly perfect Monday night in dismantling the Cowboys.
  14. Baltimore Ravens (15)(7-6) — Hung on to beat the Vikings by a field goal.
  15. Dallas Cowboys (10)(7-6) — Poor defensive effort versus Bears gave the offense no shot.
  16. San Diego Chargers (18)(6-7) — Dominating victory over the Giants.
  17. Miami Dolphins (16)(7-6) — Took down an inferior Steelers team.
  18. Green Bay Packers (22)(6-6-1) — Made a nice comeback over the visiting Falcons to stay in the NFC North race.
  19. St. Louis Rams (14)(5-8) — Didn’t have what it took to keep up with the Cardinals.
  20. New York Giants (19)(5-8) — Any hope of a miracle turnaround season erased with a big loss to the Chargers.

  24. Minnesota Vikings (23)(3-9-1) — Lost a tough one to the Ravens and lost Adrian Peterson to a foot injury.
  25. Cleveland Browns (26)(4-9) — Nearly pulled off an upset over the Patriots but couldn’t hold on.
