When former Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase was hired as Miami Dolphins head coach, the Bears promoted quarterbacks coach Dowell Loggains to replace Gase at coordinator.

But who will replace Loggains as Jay Cutler’s position coach? According to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, wide receivers coach Mike Groh could be an option.

Groh was a quarterback at the University of Virginia and later returned to coach his alma mater. He was at first a wide receivers coach from 2001-03 before being promoted to quarterbacks coach from 03-05, a similar career trajectory to the one he now has in the pros.
